PROSE AND POETRY

Canvass

He called her a blank canvass
And spilled colors everywhere
Letting her occupied with his dreams
That he painted with care

He named her a blank canvas
And put in her passion and zeal
He marked his name at the corner
And then acclaimed her as his

He spelled her out a blank canvass
And filled her with laughter and musings
He drew her his expression  of his own world
And displayed it to the whole  earthlings

He treated her a blank canvass
An empty, clean slate
A mere exhibit, a credit to rate
Until someone came, and handed her acrylics

“You are an art on your own. You can paint.”
